1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Eastel Mobile services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Description

Eastel Mobile, operated by Anchor Communications Sdn. Bhd., provides prepaid mobile telecommunications services including voice, SMS, data, and international roaming on the U Mobile 4G/5G network.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Fair Usage Policy

All plans are subject to our Fair Usage Policy. Unlimited calls are capped at 1000 minutes per month. Excessive usage beyond normal patterns may result in speed reduction or service suspension.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Plan purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Any billing disputes must be raised within 14 days of the transaction.

6. Limitation of Liability

Anchor Communications Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including network outages, service interruptions, or data loss.
