Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver SIM cards to all addresses within Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak. Delivery is handled by our courier partners for reliable and trackable shipping.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery typically takes 1-3 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 3-7 working days for East Malaysia, depending on location and courier availability.

3. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is FREE for all SIM card orders within Malaysia. Express delivery options may be available at additional cost.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your delivery status through our courier partner's website or by contacting our support team.

5. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery. After multiple failed attempts, the package will be returned to us. Contact support to arrange re-shipment.
